The beam grid, the reinforced concrete back plate and the ground pillars of building “B” are covered by concrete. Next thing to do is the preparation of the stab above the ground floor, which is more complicated because of the different levels, so it will be covered by concrete in two phases.
The beam grid of building “A” is also finished, currently the iron assembly of the reinforced concrete back plate is on and according to the plan the concreting will be completed this week as well.
The formation of the beam grid started in the area below the fire water storage.
The beam grid and the reinforced concrete plate are done in the lobby area. Since this part of the building has only a ground floor, the construction of the ascending structures of the other parts of the building will continue as soon as the ground floor parts are ready.
Structure works are made during the whole summer period. After finishing the reinforce concrete structure on the 2nd floor and the framework of the ground floor, the construction of the frame spandrels and the dividing walls will begin, but before this the insulation plate against soil moisture will be laid.
The expected start of the walling is at the end of July or the beginning of August.
